This rested for 130 days @ 65%. The wrapper was dryer and very slightly toothy but perfect construction. The pre-light aroma was light hay and tobacco. The cap sat a little low on the shoulder so I used a punch. The pre-light draw was very airy and produced flavors of grass and earth. The foot toasted and took flame nicely. The draw was very smooth and yielded an abundant amount of very aromatic and creamy smoke. The flavor starts out quite strong but begins to mellow about a quarter of the way in. Flavors of grass, oak and espresso are very prominent and an almost light molasses like sweetness remained on the tongue with just a touch of spice. The burn line was flawless, never wandering or requiring touch ups throughout the smoke which lasted about an hour and a half. Though it is listed as a full strength cigar it came across as closer to medium to me. This was as flawless a cigar as I’ve come across.
