Here's one thing: I've been spending the last month tryin to buy a new house--shits killin me man, soooooo much hassle dealing with trying to buy a "short sale" property with their stupid bank. I am getting a HUGE deal tho, so that's good, but damn they don't make it easy. Ugh.
