Pairing cigars with food

Since I don't see any recent threads on the subject...

What are some of your favorite cigar/food pairings?

I'll start - Man O War Skull Crusher, paired with burgers right off the grill, topped with fresh onion and a slice or 2 of hot pepper jack cheese... Yum!

I was smoking a New World the other day and grabbed a cup of tea and a Japanese cookie that was coconut(ish) flavored...the cigar was great but once I added the cookie it was really great!

Grilled leg of lamb, roast potatoes, followed by a glass of Grand Marnier and Anejo.

A Liga Privada T-52 after a big plate of Beef Ribs served dry with a little sauce on the side.

I've always loved the AB Family Blend, and I'd read reviews that mentioned roasted meat flavors... I never tasted meat in it, until I smoked one after a prime rib Christmas dinner... after that meal, it was like stepping into a whole new world with one of my favorite cigars...
