Partagas counterfeits?

Just recieved a box of what I hope are Partagas Shorts. This is my first Cuban cigar box so I just wanna make sure. Here are the photos. These aren't fake are they?

Eletric sheep: The reason why I got suspicious was because I asked a friend while he was in the Carribean to purchase them for me. He doesn't know much about cigars so I feared he might have fallen for the old 'my-cousin-works-at-the-factory-so-these-are-real" trick or something.
