  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Today I distilled an all fruit peach brandy run. The first keeper jar(after getting rid of foreshots) was 165 proof off the still. This final jar, jar 13 was 90 proof. Tonight I will proof everything down to a nice enjoyable to drink spirit around 80 proof and end up with 5ish gallons of brandy.
