So I know with Samuel Gawith 8oz boxes it’s common practice to jar these immediately because they are in a thin ziplock bag. The PS bags seem heat sealed with a thicker plastic bag.... whats your fellows experience? The tobacco seems moist and flexible in the bags...

I would because I don’t like plastic and a jar would seal just as good if not better. But, I have no experience with that much PS. It is really great to look at in the same way Macbarren bulk Flake boxes are.

Another vote for jarring. Even the vacuum sealed cigar tobacco for rolling I buy dries out over time if I don't roll it fast enough

I vacuum pack the box with a food saver vacuum sealer. I bought some McClelland 5100 that was vacuum packed in 2009. It seemed about normal moisture when I opened and jarred it @ a year ago.

Yes LBF is available in the 24oz box. Most retailers offer bulk by the ounce and the 24oz box. P&C will ship a box if you order 24oz but they don't list the 24oz box for sale.
