  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

What a fantastic time, what a fantastic man. Although he doesn't speak English, conversation was not that difficult. Below are some of the pics I took.

Store Front

Humidor Pics, this is the largest humidor in IL, and simply amazing!

Mr. Pepin and myself

Pepin rolling the first cigar of the night...his!

Pepin Selecting Wrapper Leaf

Don made a custom baseball bat for one of the employees, it was his birthday

Pepin let me play at the rollers table, cutting wrapper leaf here

Another one of a kind cigar, a Blue band Pepin lancero custom rolled with a Connecticut wrapper and a pigtail with a triple cap, and it's all mine. Only one on the planet, and I have it.

Those are some great pics! I'm really stoked to see those unique cigars, too.

Are you going to smoke your one-of-a-kind? Or is it going to be a cherished item for a long time to come?

Awesome, I have a couple of Pepin products lined up for today my self. BTW, if you have not had the Series V yet my experience with them has been very good.

I`m kicking myself. My boss (the non-smoking bastid) wouldnt give me a half day off to make the trip.

Looks like it was a terrific event.

Thanks for sharing. Great pics!

Is that newspaper or magazine pages wrapped around cigars :dunno:
Yep, newspaper, they rolled the filler and binder earlier in the day, and then used the newspaper to kind of squeeze them and keep then almost pressed in a way. It also held in moisture till the wrapper was put on.
