  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Both the Oscuro and the Sungrown are awesome sticks. Had them at IPCPR and IMHO they are one of the best 3 cigars at the show!

[FONT=&quot]We are proud to introduce the latest in the newhavanacigars line-up, Pinar Del Rio. As you know, we have been slow to add a myriad of cigars to the inventory. We have our reasons. We want to make sure that anything we sell - we are also smoking! We want to represent entire lines of cigars - giving our customers a chance to experience the blends in every available size. We want to acquire the quality of cigars that you have come to expect - with a flavor profile that matches what most of us are accustomed to.

Our product lines represent medium to full bodied cigars, so when Abe Flores called to talk about these cigars from his factory in the Dominican Republic, he assured me that Pinar Del Rio was blended with just that in mind. He was on target. With the complex blend favoring stronger flavors and resulting in a medium to full bodied smoke, we were sure we were smoking a Nicaraguan puro. Of course, it is not! There is a good amount of Nicaraguan tobacco in the filler - but blended with the Dominican tobacco and Habano binder and wrapper - the result will fool the best of us.

Line samplers, 5-packs and box sales available at a great price point!

From Abraham Flores and Juan Rodriguez comes this new line that brings tribute to a region of Cuba called Pinar Del Rio. Divided in 1878, Pinar Del Rio is a province on the west coast of Cuba.

This blend, which encompasses many elements from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic, comes wrapped in either a Habano Sun-Grown wrapper or an Oscuro Habano wrapper.

Rolled at the Don Leoncio factory in the Dominican Republic, you will experience a blend that transgresses the components that make up the blend. Medium-Full bodied and Full Flavored.

Packaged in beautifully handcrafted, hinged cabinet boxes of 25, individually wrapped in cello to ensure safe travel.

On June 9, 1878, the official decree divided the island of Cuba into 6 provinces placing Pinar Del Río on the west coast of the island. The mecca of tabaco cultivation and production, Pinar Del Río is a jewel of a region in the cigar world. 130 years later, Abraham Flores and Juan Rodriguez have joined together to pay tribute to the hallowed history of this famed tabaco-growing province of Cuba. These two men, with a deep family history in the respected cigar industry, have worked together to produce an incredible blend. Countless hours and a shared undying passion have been spent to release a blend that is worthy of the Pinar Del Río name. Abraham and Juan are proud to introduce to you Pinar Del Río Habano Sun-Grown and Pinar Del Río Oscuro.
