  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Hoooooooooo hooooo hooo!!!

@Highlander has found himself lucky to still be on my nice list this year! However, Santa hasn't kept as close of tabs on him as maybe some of my mischievous pipe smokers may of. Tell Santa... what may he yearn for

Oh great and powerful Oz... er I mean Santa,
Forgive my short answer implying I thought there was any way S Clause could provide me an expensive super car for Christmas. I realize the import taxes and fees, plus the fright from the north pole would be too much and i'm sure you would have to start a gofundme page to lesson the cost which would soon go viral and my name would be plastered all over the left wing media as a greedy conservative that doesn't care about the environment or the lack of plumbing in third world countries.

So I withdraw my request.

Any pipe weed will do, but I favor Longbottom Leaf, Old Toby or Southern Star.
Wait, stuck on Lord of The Rings again.

Ahem.....

I'm not picky, although I've never tried flake or any type of "shaped" tobacco. Right now I'm finding Z50 Black Cordial (Altadis) to be quite good so anything in this vein would probably go up in flames.
Although I can't enjoy whiskey like I used to, I can only have an ounce or 2 a month, I enjoy a nice single malt. Highland of course and non of the bourbon stuff we make in America. alcohol though is not required I only offer the suggestion in case you do send something. I do however like a nice port on rare occasion and if you send wine instead of any kind my wife would love it.

So in review:
tobacco: not picky might be dissapointed with flake types as I've never tried them
Alcohol: Scotch Highland, unless you send a port which is ok or wine which my wife will love.

Oh and one more note Candy- it would be appreciated but I would only be able to have a very tiny portion and the rest would be doled out to my voracious grown children.
I do drink coffee but I'm not the coffee drinker of the family. IN fact in times past when I've been sent fine coffee beans I managed one cup and the rest was scarfed up by wife and offspring before I could even get a refill and that's all fine as it is the Christmas season and they are getting all my money anyway, so a little coffee shared won't hurt.

Well I hope this has cleared things up a bit.

Tell the misses I said hello, my best to all the elves and toss some extra hay in the reindeer stalls.
