Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
nope they still dontVerizon doesn't use sim cards.
Or when I was on them they didn't.
So.....T-mobily....
"Ask Ron" :laugh:what is the purpose of buying an unlocked cellphone?
seems the answer is NO.ok, so if i use verizon, is there any way that i can unlock an iphone, and use verizon?
Well that is a little more technical... thanks for the info.Sprint and Verizon use CDMA technology so their phones can be switched between networks.
Almost every other carrier uses GSM technology, including most (if not all) foreign countries. Therefore, there phones are interchangeable.

Thats correct. The iPhone only works on GSM networks, and Apple has a deal with ATT right now so thats what its with them. People have just unlocked them to also work on T-Mobile. If they were to bring it to Sprint/Verizon they would have to put a different radio in it, so the hardware would have to be redesigned.seems the answer is NO.
