Plugged cigars

I recently read where a member, can't remember his/her name, developed a device that helped with plugged cigars. Can anyone help me with a review of this device and let me know how I can purchase it?

Cool, post pics of them. and what type of wood did you get? im waiting on storage trays from him but everyone says he does awesome work.
