I didn't agree with them suspending him for the Nextel race when he did that in a Busch race.
I still don't agree with the way Nascar handled the incident with Robby. He was blackflagged and I can say under those circumstances I'd fight it too. He was spun under caution and the field should be frozen when the caution flag waves. It made no sense to me what Nascar was doing when they told him to go to 13th place. The point is that it wasn't his fault that he couldn't maintain caution speed because he got spun out.
