I would say DPG for any time of day, but I would smoke anything if you are not going to be able to enjoy it.

if it's too windy, you'll have burn issues. i certainly would not waste a good cigar. if you have only one of the ones mentioned, i'd wait, and smoke something less expensive that you have multiples of...
