Can you shoot them year round? In Virginia, it is open season all year. I usually pop a couple a year if it is getting dark and I haven't seen a deer.

A lot of times if I am using my can call (which sounds a lot like a small doe/fawn), it will call in the yotes.

I have a Ruger Mini 14 (.223) by the back door with 2 - 30 & 1 -20 shot clips!
