To post a pic, click the "Advanced" button.

Then scroll down and click the "Manage Attachements" button.

When the window pops up, click an upload button then find you pick. Close that window once the upload is done.

Then scroll down and click the post button.

go advanced and click on the paper clip and upload the file... much the same way you did your avatar
