Although I live in Joplin and am a BOTL member I never met Frank, even though I tried to reach out to him a couple of times. And even though I never met or talked to Frank,he was loved by many people in Joplin. I saw him a couple of times talking about food on the local news. I read his blog "Frank About Food" several times and he was a great asset to his city, friends and family. This whole thing is tremendously heart breaking for many many people who had the pleasure of knowing Frank.
I wish I could have met and enjoyed a cigar with Frank as from everything I have seen and read, was a very special guy. My loss!
