P.S: just drinking a bottle of water before running and a Gatorade after doesn't count as proper hydration. 8-10 glasses a day, for at least 24 hrs before your body really absorbs it.

After talking with a doctor this morning he said it sounds like angina? He thinks I am too young for something like that (esp since its been happening since I was 10-12 yrs old) so I am thinking the dehydration thing might be the problem. Thanks for the help guys, hydrate first, if that doesnt work a trip to the doctor may be in order...
