Promethues lighters

I had 2 crap out on me.They were from the 06 Don Carlos set. Has anyone dealt with customer service and how did it go?

I have the same one... The seals went out... I took it to my local b&m where I bought it ...they sent it to Prometheus... got it back in about a week... worked better than when I bought it new...

I did try and get in touch with their Cust Serv several times.... never returned an email... If you do send it it on your own its gonna be $25 to fix it...

I have heard bad things about their CS... but an authorized dealer would be my recommendations....
