PSE2's Aged opinions

Hey all,
Just wondering if any of you have smoked the Partagas Series E No 2's with 3 or more years age on them?

I like the ones I have, but they are a little punchy. Wondering if the time and investment would change this much.

Any thoughts on this smoke are welcome!

Went deep on the 5 counts a while ago because of the good price and they smoke well

Have u had the p2 and d4? If so, how would u rate them cs each other? Have yet to try the p2 but it is one I will try after I try the ramon allones specially selected

So I really feel like the P2, D4, E2 are all different beasts.
I like the Partagas line because of this.
However, it makes it a little tough to do a side by side comparison of each.

I really felt that the E2, with a 1 year old box code, was the strongest of them all. But it had more grass/hay notes than the rest of the partagas line up.
Still had that sweet parti tang that I love, just a little more subtle in the E2

D4 is a classic, and I think the P2 was the smoother/ creamier of all three (but I don't think I have smoked these fresh).

All good, all a bit different.
Don't stop till you have smoked them all!
