  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Just to be sure everything was good for tomorrow, I've been quality controlling the selections of beer for tomorrow. Lipher, if you want a stout to tickle your tastebuds, as a break from the single malts, I think this will fit the bill.

...Any that don't pass muster will be consumed tonight.

It was awesome meeting all you guys today. Once again I am overwhelmed by how welcoming everyone was, and the RIDICULOUS generosity of everyone, especially Jim, who gave me a 300ct. desktop humi he wasn't using. Good times, great convos (albeit COMPLETELY w/o limits, thanks Mikey Limited), and great smokes. Can't wait to hang out again! -Jay

Dropped by your her yesterday. Arrived about one or one thirty. I was the guy toting the motorcycle helmet. Sat on the other side, cause you guys had that side packed. Time I got there, you'd already scarfed all the food, and were in a post-prandial stupor. Buncha soccer degenerates all into the game. Didn't want to interrupt your rapt attention. Shook hands with Scott. Other'n that, talked several times with Franklin. Smoked one of his nicely constructed cigars. It was good enough; but not superb. Too fat for me. I like the robusto, corona; this was about 54 gauge. Watched his Fuente vids after you guys bailed. I want to be Arturo Junior. Great day for a motorcycle ride. Rode back to Dull-Aware in plenty time to take the old lady out for Mexican and return to see the tail end of the US soccer game. Great day for a ride. Pennsyltucky sure is purty.

Sounds like you had an interesting time with the Lehigh Valley Cigar Club guys... I made a post on Friday that Franklin double booked the shop and we were moving the event to my house. Sorry that you missed that message as there was definitely plenty of food and drink, and no soccer watching (not that there is anything wrong with soccer, we just didn't have a TV outside).

Okay... we are going to move this to my house on Sunday, and reschedule Franklin's for when another time. Mikey, John, Bill, Brando and I are there. Everyone is more than welcome. The more the merrier. PM me if you need my address (or ask any of the dozen bus drivers around here).
