Question About Lighting A Cigar

I have some La Gloria Cubana Rabito de Cocinos and the foot of the cigar has a shaggy uncut wrapper folded over it. I have never seen this. Do I just cut the folded over wrapper to light it?

naw just light as normal. closed and shaggy feet are a thing

Don't cut, just light. I often find closed foot cigars to light even easier than those without.
Plus it lets you taste the wrapper by itself without the binder/filler.
