Question for the BOTL veteran pipers and pipe forum mod

Just thinking that we got us alot of guys wanting to come over to the dark side here and join us pipers sooooo i was pondering the idea that we may could use us a piper newbie sampler thread. Just a thought. We have alot of good knowledgeable pipers now and seems like more and more guys are getting curious.

Thoughts?
Ideas?
Concerns?
Or did i just forget to take my meds today?

That sounds like a great idea Grrrrr. I have noticed from the sidelines that as the weather starts to cool in the fall and winter, more and more get into and bust out their pipes. I completely agree that we need a newbie pipe sampler thread

Yup exactly. Im thinking like an mm cob, nail tamp and 5-10 1/2 oz samples of different blends. Just a basic starter set.
