I have been seasoning my humidor for a week now I have only opened it once or twice. After I calibrate my hygrometer and put it in the humidor how long should I wait before I put cigars and my puck in the humi?

It should be good to go since you've been seasoning it for so long. Put the cigars and the puck in there at the same time and then be worry free

Don't I have to wait for the hygrometer to regulate itself once I put it in the humidor to see if it needs more seasoning?

Where are your cigars now? If they are someplace where the humidity is already around the 65-70% range, then they should be ready to go once your new humidor is in this range. The cigars themselves will then act as a regulating mechanism ...

Well I picked up a few humipouches so they are in good condition. So it is fine to just put the hydrometer and cigars in later tonite when it is done calibrating?
