Questions concerning order.

I placed an order with one of the sponsors in mid March and received an email confirming order was shipped on the 15th and that it would take 7 to 14 working days for delivery. This is only the second order I've placed with this sponsor, the first only took 7 days for delivery and I was very pleased. However, I have yet to receive the second order and it is beyond the 14 days.
My questions are, Is this common? Do deliveries sometimes exceed the estimated delivery times? Has anyone else experienced this?
I'm concerned with this order. Should I be or am I just impatient?
Please give your opinion.

I have had things take longer then the quoted time from our sponsors and other vendors.

What I did was send them an email letting them know how long it had been and that I would let them know if/when it arrives.

Typically the response from the vendor would include a statement assuring me that they would arrive and that if they didn't to let them know and they would take care of it.

Also, the 7 to 14 days is working days...basically Monday through Friday. :thumbsup:

I did send an email today and will send another in a couple of weeks if they don't show.
I guess I'm just impatient.
