  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

So last night in the city, I picked up these:

I'm heading back to the city tonight (for my last night before I head back to the islands) and want to stock up a bit more. Cigar Inn had some Gran Coronju, which I didn't grab any for whatever reason, but they smelled and looked delicious. Any have any comments on them?

Should I stock up on some more Noella Reserva or Coronju 2003, or some Havana VI's...or all 3....AAAARRRRGHHHHH!!! So much pressure!!!

I definitely getting a 3 pack of Opus for $75, and probably the Cohiba 3 pack box with the Xikar cutter. I bought one before (actually was the first cigars I ever bought), the smokes were great but I lost the cutter, soooooo.....yeah. Help a BOTL out.

not sure why you'd want non-cc cohibas? nothing special there, especially if you have access to cojos or noella reservas. besides, the noella reservas are limited editions. the others will always be there. keep that in mind!!!

I like the '06 is way better.
Didn't see any '06s at either of the Cigar Inns

I have a box of Cohiba CC's, but have always been a fan of the red dot. Basically the logic was I can get the 3 cohibas and the xikar cutter for $65, or I can spend the same amount on just the cutter, with wooden grips. I see your point on the availability aspect though...

That is a mighty fine sampler you picked up! Try a few of each! Find out what you like! You already know that you have a few people here who can get what you like and ship it to you if need be! Take the time to experiment with the flavors!

Tats can be more spicy and stronger due to larger ligero content are two reason that comes to my mind. In the past NC were more smokable immediately after purchase though that seems to have changed in the last few years. Smoke what you like, and like what you smoke.
