Saw it yesterday with my wife. We both enjoyed it.
Good story, characters and excellent animation.

Rat is born with a hightened olfactory system ... discovers he lives in Paris ... goes on to make a human friend and helps him become a great chef.

Good movie for kids ... but there is also some adult humor to keep it interesting.
