I'm guessing the MO didn't take off since the PO wont sell them for HK. And so he's looking for other non-World Pay 3rd party billers.

So do you thin k by bypassing the world pay company and using the HK based bank you would be untrackable? Or do you think if you order from hk you are gonna get a letter? Or do you think that if you use wordplay with any online cigar company you are gonna get a letter (say one uses cuban lous who also uses world pay.

Man Ravis deal on the ceedros #1 got me itching for 4 or more boxes...great cigar at a unreal price. I may even do a bank to bank transfer with him to get these....

man Mike, its hard to say but this whole worldpay thing is very odd...i spoke with ravi about it and he claims that it is a local hong kong bank that he uses now and this supposedly is the answer to everything...

i mean we really haven't seen a total outcome of what is to come from these letters, and has anyone heard of any new letters popping up or have they cooled off?

Haven't read anything about new letters. I saw where one of the first to get one has decided to just go ahead and try for a settlement.

I haven't made a purchase since October. Right now, I don't know when that will change.

I have been ordering from Jean @ habana net since this letter shit started (i think he is safe). I want to order some stuff this week from Kevin at Cuban Lou's (went ahead and did for his 4 box ryj p/c deal) and that cedros #1 box price that ravi has is just killing me. Ravis prices are really good, it is a shame that this letter stuff is going on. I may do a bank transfer to Ravi for 4 boxes of #1's. I think that the bank transfer would be safe but in the end who knows?

Lou's uses world pay so I hope that the ofca is just looking at hk sites that use worldpay (yikes)
