Some of the better ones I have had:

Rogue Shakespeare Stout (Had this 2 nights ago, its great!)
Rogue Imperial Stout (Expensive but great)
Rogue Chocolate Stout (Already said you like it)
Alaskan Smoked Porter (won awards for a reason)
Guinness Foreign Extra Stout (Its a classic for a reason, just pour it right)
DFH World Wide Stout (Will kick your ass, but its a tasty ride)
Great Divide Yeti (And it's varieties)
Left Hand Milk Stout (Haven't had nitro yet, but normal is still A+ to me)
Young's Double Chocolate Stout (Its not beer, its desert)

^^YES!! (especially the Alaskan!)

DFH Chicory Stout is good to mix it up...
Firestone Walker Velvet Merlin for a straight ahead, no nonsense oatmeal stout
Fullers London Porter (not stout but f*** semantics)
Meantime Coffee Porter (if you like speedway, but could use a lower ABV and a touch more coffee flavor)
Ballast Point Sextant (not sure if this comes in bottles...)

Just some others that I am rattling off the top of my head.

Some wonderful suggestions here! A couple I didn't see:

Avery Mephistopheles' Stout....16.8 ABV, careful with these!

Avery The Czar Russian Imperial Stout
