Interested in sharing some ISOM tubos with firends at my wedding (for convenience reasons). Any recommendations for marcas with solid tubo offerings? Any whose tubo offerings stand up to their non-tubo equivillents?
I'll 2nd this and add the Bolivar Royal Corona and if aged the Siglo VI as wellSiglo IV tubos are excellent. Aged Punch Churchills if you can find them.
An excellent choice.Aged mag 46s ftw. Not huge RG, not 2 hours and won't break the bank.

there is an Island South of Miami that is known for making really good cigars. hint. What is an ISOM?
I think Bass Mans actual pt was you can't smoke an ISOM. It's an old acronym that has been passed around on pretty much every forum ive seen at some pt or another.there is an Island South of Miami that is known for making really good cigars. hint.
You mean Hispanola, when Haiti & Dominican Republic are?:hammersmathere is an Island South of Miami that is known for making really good cigars. hint.
My use of the acronym is just force of habit and personal preference (much like the use of B&M instead of "local cigar shop"). Didn't think it was that big of a deal, and figured that anyone responding would know what I am talking about. :dunno:I think Bass Mans actual pt was you can't smoke an ISOM. It's a Cuban cigar we're referencing, so just call it a "Cuban cigar" or cc if shortening is the ultimate goal. No need for ISOM, and it's an acronym better left to die IMO.
Good choices.Hoyo Epicure Especials, and No.2's
Partagas Serie D No.4
Cohiba Siglo VI
H Upmann Corona Major, Mag 46, Mag 50
RyJ Short Churchill
Monte Petite and regular Edmundo
That should be a start for ya. Happy hunting, it's half the fun.
