I tend to keep the cigar I purchase online in my humidor for a least a week before I smoke them, just to make sure they are at the proper humidity levels.

Todd, about the cigars you'll be receiving from me--keep them in the humi for a few weeks, they seem to be over-humidified as well.

Well that is a symptom of having too few cigar to choose from. I would suggest another humidor.:stretchgr

Remind me to post a picture of one of these I took last week. The wrapper split from the foot upwards for about five inches. Smoked it, with a "thread repair" and it was still good; just had to be careful handling it.
