Appearance: 15/15 - Beautiful cigar. Not a vein in sight. Obviously from a maker that really cares about appearance as this was one of the best cigars I've seen in a long time.

Ash: 8/10 - Very good ash. It held for about 2 inches or so with a nice light gray color. The only draw back was that the ash was a little bit flakey.

Draw: 9/10 - Once it got through the prefecto tip the cigar really opened up and had a nice, smooth draw. It gave a little resistance, but not much.

Burn:10/10 - Did not have to touch up at all. It burned nice, slow, and even.

Smoke: 8/10 - For the most part, it had a good quantity of smoke, but at a couple of points it really died down. If not for those two point it would have been perfect.

Flavor: 16/20 - The cigar started out with a nice little citrus punch that quickly died down. The first half had a nice twang to it that died down as it smoked. Very much have a floral note to it once it got past the perfecto tip. An earthiness held through most of the cigar.

Uniqueness: 7/10 - There wasn't any spice whatsoever so it was hard at times to pay attention to. By this, you could say it was quite unique, but not necessarily in a good way.

Finish: 12/15 - It got a little bit harsh on the nub, not nothing totally unpleasant. Other than that, nothing really picked up.

Final Thoughts: The cigar was an oxymoron. It was both complex and simple. It had alot of flavors mixed together, but they stayed the same the whole length of the cigar. It was unique and predictable as it had the same unique flavor throughout. At some points the flavor seemed reminiscent, at others it seemed new. It h ad a good flavor profile for a nice mild smoke, but it wasn't a mild bodied cigar, and frankly, I'm sure it costs too much to be one. It was... well... interesting.

Final Score: 85/100

Okay guys here we go... Like I said before I dont have my review up yet, because it is in San Antonio and I am in Mexico. A lot of you guys had some good guesses on this one. But in the end we smoked the Davidoff Club Humidor 10th anniversary figurado. This was a 500 box production for my local B&M in San Antonio. It was released in October, and has been around since then. They had about 70 boxes left at the time I purchased these in April, but when I went in there before I left they said they had finally sold out. :-( Cheers guys I hope you enjoyed, and again Im sorry for not having my review up, but It will be there in a week.
I was pretty sure it was a Henke Kelner...but I could have sworn it was an AVO 787. Damn good cigar though!

Thanks a lot for letting me experience the cigar Benzo!

I was damn-near positive that it was a Dominican with a Conn. wrapper and that, given it's top-notch construction, came out of the Kelner/Davidoff production....but I would have never guessed the exact cigar because I've never even heard of it!

Thanks for choosing that stick!

Looks like reviews were much more positive for this one than the last; in fact, this is the highest average rating so far:

#1 = 85.5
#2 = 77.9
#3 = 88.7

Here is my extremely tary review of this cigar, but dont worry Ill be ready tomorrow with cigar number four!!!!

I decided to smoke this cigar on the deck of penthouse room 6147 on the Infinity cruise ship as we were ported in Sitka, Alaska. If my writing is biased by the beauty around me, well…get over it! This cigar was a beautiful natural figurado with the classy Davidoff band presentation we have all come to know and love. The wrapper had some minor blemishes, but nothing to turn me off. The ash looked like a superficially etched Chinese rocky hill. It was sturdy and slate gray with a draw that was just a little bit tighter than I normally prefer. Despite the draw the cigar put out clouds of aromatic smoke that were quickly swept away in the crisp, cool Alaskan breeze. I’m only doing my part to further global warming. The burn was nice and even throughout the smoke. This light-bodied smoke (oh, just saw another bald eagle…make that two bald eagles and a couple seals) was still very young, as the ammonia had not completely settled off of it, and disrupted my taste buds in an unpleasant manner. I felt the core of this cigar was nutty with sweet undertones throughout. There were some subtle hints of cinnamon, but most of it was hidden underneath the blanket of ammonia. I didn’t find this cigar to be tremendously special by any mark, but all in all setting included I really enjoyed smoking it. I have set a box of these back, so hopefully the next one will be a little more flavorful in the next few years. In the end I had to set it down early because the ammonia flavor just got overwhelming. Oh well, at least I have the Alaskan scenery to fall back on!
