RIP Constable Vu Pham

I know there are some law enforcement brothers here on BOTL, I was touched by the RIP thread last week and mentioned in it that I'm a dispatcher in Ontario.

We lost a member of our service today, fatally shot while conducting a traffic stop. 37 year old Provincial Constable Vu Pham, leaves behind a wife and 3 boys

I've been to more than my share of police funerals. I hate to hear of another brother falling at the hands of a worthless piece of crap. I can only hope the shooter dies a slow, grueling and painful death.

Saw this on the news last night. It's very sad. A routine traffic stop, and a 70 year old man shoots him.
