This old cigar still has some great flavor, just not the pop. Definitely one that can be smoked before it's new younger brother. I smoked this one the day after smoking the new release. Very similar flavors...but the spice in calmed down, which you would expect.

I still think this is a very good cigar considering the age on it. Added a comment below the pic. I LOVE the new one...have smoked a few already. But you still can't go wrong with this one as a start to the day.

Jere any milk chocolate (at all ) in that "old dog"? It use to be my favorite note/character of all the flavors. Thanks for another roach clip!

No J, no milk chocolate that I could taste. and I love chocolate...so would have picked up on it.

I too smoked one of these recently and also felt it had 0 pop left to it, to the point I would say the cigar is past it's prime. The flavor left was good, but the cigar to me is a shadow of its former self. Nice review.
