  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout anyone?

Maybe they explain it in the video (I admittedly didn't watch it), but why? I mean interesting hops, unconventional yeast strains, unusual fermentables...I get it. This...:barf:. Is it just to be different?

Has to be a joke! I mean really? I live in CO and yeah we eat em but i have a hard time believing anyone would put em in beer! lol. On a side note my dad and i made some "Goat Scrotum Ale" many years ago that was damn good! His creation and we only made it once as cleanup was a nightmare! Basically had a little of everything in it, chocolate, pine extract, and i can't remember what else as it was 20 years ago. Guess now i'm gonna have to get out the "ole" brew book and start going through recipes!
