Rocky Patel has two new cigars honorably named after the growing storm of cigar prohibition. I don't normally smoke RPs, but she was selling them at this launch:

If you happen to make it further down this post, the two cigars are as follows:

  • Rocky Patel Prohibition - Broadleaf Wrapper
  • Rocky Patel Prohibition - Mexican Wrapper
Binder and filler for both is Nicaraguan. The broadleaf wasn't memorable, but I enjoyed the Mexican and suggest giving it a smoke.

The San Andres wrapper had a nice roasted spice to it that was nutty and chocolate. Their broadleaf didn't wow with the sweetness expected from a maduro.
I can agree on the Broadleaf wrapper edition. It was a consistent smoke with clean flavors but it was not entirely memorable and became a bit boring. Haven't tried the MSA wrapper yet.
