Okay well I ended up doing some remedial work to this beer. My fermentation stalled out at 1038 but now it's down to 1018 and it's done. I'm at 15.1% ABV it's bottling time!
This stuff is good. I only am about through half of it and I'm feeling it. It has a strong alcohol flavor right now (duh it's 14.5%) but it should mellow out NICELY for the holidays as a strong ass winter warmer. Not bad for what I think was my second or third brew hahah. I jumped in the deep end for sure when I did this beer.
