I haven't bought much lately so I'm getting the itch. I'm thinking about adding a box of RyJ to the mix here but am undecided on which. Any suggestions?

I'm considering the Churchill A/T for smoking once a year on my son's Bday. Then, at 18, we'll smoke one together and if he likes it give him the last fiver of 18 year old cigars.

I'll third that suggestion for the Churchills. It's the only RyJ I smoke regularly. I generally don't buy the tubed versions and save myself some cash. I am cheap.

I would also suggest the Monarchs A/T. I had one from 2000 that was very good and so complex! Give both a try before you splurge.

My thread jack is over since I have basically no RyJ experience.

On topic, I have loved all of the RyJ En Cedros I have had.

RyJ churchills in tubes are an outstanding choice, I would also rec. the Ex. 4's.

I've done this with some 01 Esplendidos, but I won't start smoking them until she graduates from HS. I'm looking, but probably won't find, some Sir Winston's from 98 for this also.

i'm not an RyJ fan, but a recently split box of Caz's has at least shown me that the entire line doesn't suck...

i say, go with some Caz's, they're cheap, strong, tasty, big enough to last a while.

By the way, I did go ahead and order the Churchill A/T's. I started to hold off since my truck needed A/T's also (as in All Terrain tires) but decided WTH. Thanks for the input and I'm looking forward to trying them.
