To make a long story short.....Marty's record as a head coach:
200 - 126 - 1...pretty impressive regular season record...
playoffs:
5 - 13......Loser!!!! Marty is the biggest choke coach, when it counts, in the game!
As long as you want to make it to the playoffs, but don't care about winning in them, then he's your man.

This does not mean I think Norv Turner is any good though!!
