If it has a good seal then sure, if it didn't then it's not worth $1. You can't know without getting your own hands on it.

Made in China, i doubt its 20 years old.

Looks like your typical 100 count humidors that retail for 50-120 dollars online. As long as it doesn't have any damage, 50 dollars is a fair price for that type of humidor.
