Picked up a pair of cigar scissors because I got tired of trying to dig wet tobacco out of my guillotine cutters. Pretty handy when clipping wet butts to open the draw.

Anyone else keep a pair?

I've never used a pair. They always looked cumbersome and well I'm a simple man

The Xikar MTX scissors are my absolute favorite cutter. Super sharp, super thin blades, both blades move evenly at the same time, and having your fingers a little farther gives a lot more control in my opinion.

After using them on a couple of smokes I believe they are "the way" to trim cigars. I still use my guillotine for the first clip but scissors are the tool to use when cutting wet tobacco or cutting out the errant piece of wrapper. Easier to clean and to see what you are cutting. Pair I have cost me 4 bucks on auction and I'll probably invest in a better pair in the future.
