Just wanted to give a shout out to Jon, I picked up a few LC 2015's a few weeks back and was saving one for today. When I went to the wineador, it had basically self destructed. I sent Jon a tweet and he offered to fix it right away, no questions asked! I have always been a crowned heads fan, but now I'm a follower for good! Thanks again sir! Your a straight up botl!

No joke. Next time I see a shop up here with a Crowned Heads box I'm gonna look through it to see if there's any damaged sticks just so I can complain about em lol.

Just out of curiosity when you say self destructed what do you mean? Wrapper split?

This is what it looked like....all my other sticks are fine that I picked up that day. So it wasn't a humidity issue. Not sure what happened.
