Hey everyone, these came in the mail the other day. This was my first CC box purchase. I've bought singles and 3 packs but never a box.

Does anyone think I should email the vendor and see if they can swap out the one with the crack at the foot of it? I'm thinking it's no big deal but not sure what standard protocol is.

I would be friendly and let them know. Just so they can possibly improve their shipping (packaging). If it were multiple cigars I'd expect them to do something about it.

Package I've been expecting for a while--worth the wait!

Piramides Extras are UPE JUN 12. Any reason I should *not* rest these at least until next June before sampling one? There are only ten in the box after all...

I would rest them at least 1 year. I know people who have had them ROTT and have not been impressed.
Thanks for the tip, that's what I'll do. :)

Java, I believe you know from experience that I can and will fire on unsuspecting brothers from my other reserves, so watch what you say!!

Don't even bother man... it's one cigar with a little crack. That crack will burn a nice death within minutes of lighting up the cigar. Shit happens and that is definitely no fault of the vendor. Like the other bro said, if it were many cigars with cracks I would bring it up, but one is no big deal.
