I was kinda wondering the same thing - its the first time I've seen it myself. I'm burning one of these right now (my willpower sucks) & it's smoking absolutely beautifully with 5 years on it...

Rafael Gonzales are the only Cuban boxes I have seen that on...it is on all mine from the late 90's and early '00s.
