  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

As I am new to Houston I have a friend coming into town so I will be smoking well today. I will first start out with an Anejo #46. Later in the day I have an Opus X petite lancero lined up. For the last smoke, if I have time, an Anejo #77. I will let all know how works out!!!!

Well. The steaks were great. The wind is howling at about 50 miles an hour. The surf is huge. JWIntosh passed on a cigar, , and crashed after too much wine tasting. Sitting on the balcony smoking a very fine Opus X but the wind is not cooperating. At least the rain never showed. Good food, incredible view and a fine cigar. All is right in the world on the central coast of California.

How are you boys doing?

The Opus turned out great!!!! The Petite Lancero (thanks Greg!!!) is an awesome vitola. I had to hold off on the other Anejos, but ran into a buddy who had some great Oliva Serie V's, which were also very good. All in all both great smokes and a perfect day here in Houston!!!
