The older you get the worse it gets and they can cause crowding problems. If the dentist thinks they should come out, I would do it.

I had mine for almost five years and finally got a cavity and they yanked 'em.

Current dentist said not to worry about it. Last dentist was more of a "if you want them out, we'll do it, if not, no problem", so I'm leavin' em!
