I saw this on the Today show on Sat. morning. They had someone reporting in Cuba...in one of the cigar factories...man I was drooling! My wife just roller her eyes and shook her head......The guy reporting had, what I assume to be a fresh-rolled cigar in his hand....I wonder if he fired it up later in the day.
The ban does not include the cigar factories so the rollers couldn't care less. He also interviewed someone else who smokes 2-3 cigars a day, smokes and I think chews tobacco also. He better be careful and make sure there isn't too much blood in his nicotine system now the ban is in place!
