Probably not a problem for us, but heavy smoking does take its toll on a computer:

Any heavy particulate smoke is bad for electronics. I just cleaned the ceiling fans at the B&M on saturday and good god they were nasty. We have attachments with filters to remove some smoke along with an air circulation system. The smoke and dust sticks to EVERYTHING.
