Depends on who your friends are. I started with the variety assortment, but most everyone who comes to our house drinks the margarita's the wife makes or one of about three other things. We've got twenty bottles that don't get touched more than once a year at best. I'd say start with a couple of things your close friends buy for themselves and what you like. Our party invites go out saying we'll make margarita's and provide mixers, but bring your own if you want something special. Most who have brought a bottle left it behind and it's there for them next time.
