  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Some home grown hops....

So a friend of mine planted hops. Since he likes the beer I make he gave me the cascade off his bine this year. Ended up with 1.8oz dry weight not to shabby for a good dry hop dose of an IPA. They were taking up about a gallon worth of volume but when vacuum packed it's a nice solid little package. My hands smell wonderful after packaging them.

Would be great to see how the hops are used and the rest of your beer-making process. :blob:

If those smell as good as they look, they're going to make a fantastic pint of ale!
