South Florida herf and rib tasting - August 27th

Looking to do an after 4th Herf with hopefully good beer good cigars and good Ribs.

I'm in the mood to test out some new recipes for my ribs. I have a new standard recipe. But I'm planning on trying a couple new styles, like a mojo marinated rack and a chimichurri rack...and maybe an asian style(don't hold me to it.)

so I'm looking for Dates that work for you South Florida BOTL's

A location that works for most of our people.

Hopefully we can come up with some good choices so we can have some of newer people come out.

I've got a trip to NY two weeks after the 4th. Might be tough to convince the little lady to give me the hall pass. I'll keep an eye on this and see if I can swing it.

A county park in broward county, has all sorts of water stuff to do, including zip cord skiing.
